Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and warranty cards, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
