We use custom-fit, impact-resistant packaging and double-boxing techniques for all cameras and lenses. Every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
You can return most items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the shutter count has not increased significantly and all original packaging, including plastic wraps and manuals, is included.
